Stopped by on a whim for lunch. I got the chicken and beef mixed bowl, added almonds and it was quite delicious! There is so much flavor in every bite and lots of protein. We also got the beef pita. At first it looks tiny right, but looks can be deceiving. Once we bit into the pita, there was so much protein as well, it was stuffed, and so tasteful. A great place to grab a quick bite to eat there or take away.

Always good food. Fresh and healthy and the best sauce choices. My go to anytime for a healthy lunch or dinner. Tip. Eat in, you'll get a hot meal with nothing to get in the way of the flavors.

Tried to call in an order. You can't order over the phone without your card number handy. You'll want to order ahead, especially if you have a short lunch like myself, otherwise you'll be waiting a while. They get very busy. There's a kiosk you can order from at the entrance, unknown if it accepts Apple Pay, but it dies take card, or you can order at the register. The food is great. Just don't make the same mistake I did. You'll be late from your lunch break! The parking lot fills up quick during rush hour's. There's a decent amount of seating. Don't get too comfortable, the chairs are rock hard, but the place looks great and they have fun music playing. It's a nice ambiance.

Delicious and filling food - this is my ideal workday lunch when I want a little treat! The veggies are all free to add on as toppings which creates a really well-sized bowl. I have celiac and have never gotten sick here, and their order-ahead process is seamless. I have actually never dined in before so I'm not sure about the ambiance inside but the staff are always so friendly and smiley when I run in to pick up my food and go eat outside in the sunshine like a little raccoon.

Okay so a friend of mine and I were driving around looking for a craving that would hit the spot. Every now and again it's time for a cheat meal which honestly this could still be considered fairly healthy. The lights they had outside were what caught my eye since it was during the evening. The gentleman who rung us up was phenomenal. I was torn between getting a bowl and a sandwich because I wanted to try the rice. He let me know i was able to mix two items together. He truly took his time to walk us through as well as provide recommendations. The food was sooo good and the pita my goodness. This would be a go to place for me to try everything else on the menu if I lived close enough.

Tahini is hands down my favorite restaurant. Every time I visit, I'm blown away by the incredible food and the outstanding customer service. The flavors are always on point, with a perfect balance of spices and freshness in every dish. Their tahini fries are my personal favorite. The staff at Tahini truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They are always attentive and ready to accommodate any special requests or dietary needs, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with the best food and amazing customer service, Tahini is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough!

This place embodies kindness and customer service. I don't often feel compelled to review a restaurant unless the food is very good or the people are very welcoming, this place does both. You guys have earned a lifetime customer. I'll make the drive from Chula Vista just to have their Steak Shawarma Bowls. This little gem of Kearny Mesa is a must for Mediterranean food. Plus the coffee next door is amazing too!!!

I always have an outstanding experience here! Love the quality healthy ingredients. Everyone working the cash register is always welcoming and friendly. The chicken or steak bowls are my go to, all the sauces are delicious! I love going here and recommend this place to anyone wanting a healthy & filling meal. And don't forget to try their baklava !

I'm obsessed with this place. The food is SO fresh, made to order. The service is always great, order is always correct and comes out fast. I am always impressed with my food. The flavors are amazing. You can't go wrong, perfect lunch gem. My only suggestion is to run the AC in the summer because it's steamy inside when trying to eat... not sure how the employees are working with it so warm in there. Food tho 10/10!!!

This was my first time at TAHINI Authentic Middle Eastern Street Food Restaurant located on Clairemont Mesa Blvd and had the most delicious sandwich called, "The Esquire Pita," with chicken shawarma pita, stuffed with French fries, parsley mix, tomatoes, pickled cucumbers, with garlic and sriracha tahini. The pita bread was baked on the spot. The restaurant has fruit flavor soda and juice fountain. I absolutely enjoyed the mango lemonade drink with my pita sandwich. I paid $19 for pita sandwich and drink..yikes! But it was worth the experience. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. Give it a try! Happy Yelping :)
